Not much to say about this, except that its pin is unbelievably sharp: - a "Vox Rules" badge, produced by Thomas Organ c. 1966 - 1967 in reasonable quantities.

A version may also have been produced in red - see the small image of the cover of Vox Teen Beat magazine, vol. 2, issue 3, below, probably from 1967.
